Refund policy
If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 3 hours of placing the order, and in most cases, we will be able to cancel and issue a refund. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order as there are certain times throughout the year when orders may be processed too quickly for cancellation.Â
Since all items are custom, no returns are allowed unless there is a defective issue with your product.Â
To report an issue and request a replacement, you can contact us at support@printyourplaces.com. If your replacement is approved, we will send out a new product.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or you receided the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we receive your request after 7 days of delivery we cannot accommodate you.Â

Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, you may request a new item to be sent to you instead of a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
